Winter League Finished
KWMC finished 3rd in Division A of the
Winter League. It was the teams highest place finish and
summed up a successful if somewhat frustrating season.
Problems with Byes, teams quitting or not completing
fixtures hampered a good competition and restricted KWMC to
only 9 matches. That is a very poor output for nearly 5
months of playing. Hopefully there can be some improvements
for next season.
We are yet to hear whether there will be a
Summer League but hopefully there will be some news soon.
Top player this year was Sam Shepherd in his
first Winter League campaign with us.
